SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more! Shipping costs will be calculated and available at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Naye Decor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us at shop@nayedecor.com within one week of receiving your goods and we’ll do everything to make it right. We ask that any returns come back in its original condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Once goods are received, they will be inspected and a full refund (minus your original shipping cost) will be issued immediately. 

Please note that all clearance items are final sale.
