What is the return policy?


Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. View full return and exchange policy here.




What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a damaged order?


If your item(s) were received damaged, we will get a replacement shipped out to you as quickly as possible. All we need from you is an email within the 14 days of the shipment date and photographs of the damage. Any damages reported after the 14 days can not be refunded. Email us at shop@nayedecor.com.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?


We're fairly quick with processing our orders! To make any changes to an order, you must do so within two hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible beyond this timeframe. Once an order is placed and processed we are unable to stop the shipment beyond this window.
